Information we collect

We collect the account details supplied by you or your sign-in provider, including your email address and display name. We also store your forecasts, scores, mini-league memberships, league names you create, reports you submit, and basic technical records needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use it

We use this information to provide accounts and league tables, calculate and publish scores, support users, moderate names and content, prevent abuse, and improve and secure Fan Forecast. We process account and forecast data to provide the service you request; moderation, security and service improvement are in our legitimate interests. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time.

Who can see it

Your display name, forecasts and scores may be visible to other users and on public or shared pages. Your email address is not shown publicly. We use service providers, including hosting, database and sign-in providers, that process information for us under appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep account data while your account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for support, safety, legal and accounting purposes. You can delete your account from the account page. Some limited records may be retained where required by law or to resolve abuse. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no online service is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information, or object to its use. Contact support@betoli.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority; in the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We use essential browser storage and cookies for sign-in, security and saved choices. We will update this page when our practices materially change and will provide additional notice where appropriate.
