These terms apply when you use Fan Forecast, a service operated by Betoli. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Contact us at support@betoli.com.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep access to your sign-in method secure, and be responsible for activity on your account. You may not impersonate another person, use the service unlawfully, interfere with it, or attempt to access another user’s account.

Names and community conduct

Display names and league names must not be abusive, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening, unlawful, or infringe another person’s rights. Users can report a name they reasonably believe breaches this rule. To protect the community, a reported account and, where relevant, league may be suspended while we review the report. Knowingly false or abusive reports may result in action against the reporter.

Forecasts and scoring

Fan Forecast is a supporter prediction game. It does not offer gambling, wagering or a cash prize unless a separate promotion expressly says otherwise. Scores depend on the football data available to us. We may correct data or scoring errors and our reasonable decision on scoring is final.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or withdraw features, and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, create risk for users or the service, or are required to be restricted by law. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

Ownership

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Betoli a non-exclusive licence to host, display and process it only as needed to operate, promote and protect Fan Forecast. The service, branding and software remain owned by us or our licensors.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss arising from events outside our reasonable control. Fan Forecast is provided for personal entertainment and not as professional advice.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your home country gives you the right to use your local courts.
